Feeling Anxious? What to Expect

Anxiety is a natural reaction to stress and to situations in life. Under normal circumstances, anxiety can motivate us, enable us to address and prioritize situations or focus on what is important to us. When anxiety becomes overwhelming, we can experience persistent and excessive fear, worry, or anguish over everyday situations. Anxiety can become debilitating and interfere with work, studies, and personal relationships. I provide a safe and confidential space where you will feel supported and understood. You can talk about what worries you and feel safe that you will not be judged. Counselling can help you to improve your mental well-being and to achieve your goals in life

When to Look Elsewhere for Help

My service is not the right solution for you if any of the following is true:You are under 16 years old or you are under the care of a legal guardian

You are in an urgent crisis or an emergency situation

You are required to undergo therapy either by a court order or by any other authority

If you seek online therapy and do not have a device that can connect to the Internet or you do not have a reliable Internet connection
