I offer a warm, supportive space, to explore what is going on for you, at your pace. You can choose from conventional Face-to-Face, Online, or Walk-and-Talk therapy, depending on your needs (and the weather.)
48 hours notice is needed to book an in person appointment at the clinic.
I understand cost can be a consideration, and I offer a number of low cost sessions so that counselling is more accessible.

MODES:

Face-to-Face Meetings Zoom/Face-Time/Whattsapp meetings Walk-and-Talk sessions in Kirkbymoorside

FEES:

Supervision: £85 for 1.5 hours
Group Supervision: £40 pp for up to 4 supervisees for up to 2 hours
Counselling: £60.00 per 50 minute session for counselling
£85.00 for 1.5 hours supervision session

Payable 24 hours in advance by BACS  
48 hour notice required for cancellations.
