Hello and welcome. I am Pauline, an experienced counsellor and supervisor. If you have anxiety, depression, grief or overwhelm, you are in the right place.  I am friendly, accepting and professional.  Young adults and adults are welcome to my private practice in Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire. I offer face-to-face, online, and walk-and-talk therapy.
